The technician mistakenly charged a little more than what was originally quoted, but they reached out and refunded the difference in the same day. We hired Toronto Pigeon Control to install bird netting and clean our balcony after a flock of pigeons had started roosting there. We have cats so we were especially interested in a company that specializes in pet safety. The installer was friendly and the work he did was thorough; he explained things and checked in with us several times so we knew how things were going. He even offered to come back with more equipment to clean some of the deeper staining if we wished. The net he installed is sturdy and tightly attached, and with everything professionally cleaned, now we can use our balcony again and feel safe letting our cats come out with us!
