I had two pigeon nests on my balcony as the pigeons had a long gone clutch and then a second one with a fledgling still in it + a new nest with eggs. It was becoming way too much for me to handle as many pigeons had chose my balcony as home at this point. when I went out to look at everything there I became overwhelmed as there was lots of poo everywhere + BIRD MITES ALL OVER THE NESTS!!!!!!! I became super upset and frightful over the mites and messaged/ called a bunch of places. This company was the only one who responded promptly and gave me a detailed plan that helped me feel better. They scheduled me in asap!!
Once the two technicians came, they were right on time, kind, professional and extremely thorough. I had furniture I wished to just dispose of as I was creeped out by the mites and they said “no problem,” and disposed of that for me! I also had certain items I wanted thrown out and some kept and they did the most amazing job at checking with me which exactly it was so they didn’t throw out anything by accident. I really appreciated that. They did just the most amazing job at cleaning everything as well as relocating the current fledgling. It was really a lot of work as my balcony is quite long. I was shocked at how good my balcony looks after and I feel like I’ve finally gotten my space back. The netting they installed also works very well as the pigeons who took over the balcony have tried to come back many times but cannot get in.
I am super thankful I found this place and would recommend them to anyone.
