Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Davis and his team were quick to respond, schedule, and implement pigeon poo cleanup and netting installation. They were responsive, professional, and easily complied with my requests, such as to draw water from the kitchen (easier to clean) rather than the bathroom. Plus, on their own initiative, they wiped balcony railing posts (Pigeons’ presence had denied us access to balcony previously.) It’s too early to tell the durability of the netting but they do provide a six year warranty. It was a pleasure though to hear the pigeons’ cooing the morning after—far away from our balcony!
