Pigeon Control Toronto did a very good job cleaning my balcony. Additionally, the netting installed looks good and doesn't obstruct the view.
One challenge I had with this company was that their communication wasn't the best. I requested a quote by email for both cleaning and net installation and followed up when I didn't receive all information. They did not acknowledge my follow up email at all. After scheduling an appointment, I was told that they would contact me with the worker's contact information. I followed up a couple of days later when I didn't hear back and again, they didn't reply to me. Lastly, the worker did not arrive at the scheduled time. I had to contact the owner to get his information. When I reached out to the worker he told me he would be one hours late. I said no problem, but unfortunately he arrived 2 hours late.
Aside from the lack of clear communication, I was still happy with the job they did but I hope they are able to remedy the commuication problems for their future customers.

I also appreciated their honesty and customer service. The technician mistakenly charged a little more than what was originally quoted, but they reached out and refunded the difference in the same day.

We hired Toronto Pigeon Control to install bird netting and clean our balcony after a flock of pigeons had started roosting there. We have cats so we were especially interested in a company that specializes in pet safety.
The installer was friendly and the work he did was thorough; he explained things and checked in with us several times so we knew how things were going. He even offered to come back with more equipment to clean some of the deeper staining if we wished.
The net he installed is sturdy and tightly attached, and with everything professionally cleaned, now we can use our balcony again and feel safe letting our cats come out with us! Thanks for helping us reclaim our space!
