We called them on a Thursday night and spoke with Davis who did a great job getting us an appointment on the Saturday. Davis was also very flexible and accommodating to move back the appointment time by a couple of hours due to a sudden schedule conflict. When the workers Antonio and Manuel arrived they were very polite and mindful of not wearing their boots inside our place. A lot of workers who've entered our place do not care about caring for our carpet. They got to work right away cleaning the gross bird poo off our balcony. They did an excellent especially because that day was a very hot day, yet they never complained or tried to cut corners. Very hard working and professional men. The nets then were put up afterwards and that was also very impressive. The work done was worth every penny we paid. I would recommend Pigeon Control Toronto to anyone who is suffering from the menace of Pigeons overtaking their balcony. It feels great to finally enjoy our outdoor space. Give them a call.....you won't regret it.
UPDATE
I used this company again yesterday May 25, 2026 for the same balcony that we had them work on the last time. Our condo building were getting new windows installed and therefore had to use the balcony to hoist the panels onto the floors, which would mean I had to take down the pigeon netting that was installed last July. I called Davis and let him know and he was very understanding and gave a good deal to have someone come and take it down for the workmen to install the windows and then replace the netting the same day. Davis and his crew were very accommodating to my schedule and once again his team who showed up were polite, professional, and good at what they do. In the end the net was replaced and Oscar who put it up did a very good job. Furthermore, all of the admin pieces that I had requested was taken care of and given to me in a timely way. I appreciate the consistent professional work ethic of this business and would recommend them time and time again. Five star rating for sure!!
