One challenge I had with this company was that their communication wasn't the best. I requested a quote by email for both cleaning and net installation and followed up when I didn't receive all information. They did not acknowledge my follow up email at all. After scheduling an appointment, I was told that they would contact me with the worker's contact information. I followed up a couple of days later when I didn't hear back and again, they didn't reply to me. Lastly, the worker did not arrive at the scheduled time. I had to contact the owner to get his information. When I reached out to the worker he told me he would be one hours late. I said no problem, but unfortunately he arrived 2 hours late.

Aside from the lack of clear communication, I was still happy with the job they did but I hope they are able to remedy the commuication problems for their future customers.
